Tool payloads remain in your browser. ByteMode is designed not to upload tool input or output.

Local storage

ByteMode stores only your theme preference. Tool payloads are not stored.

Operational telemetry

When configured in production, Sentry receives sanitized errors and bounded usage metrics such as tool IDs, operations, outcomes, actions, and duration buckets. Payloads, raw parser messages, clipboard contents, URLs entered into tools, and generated output are excluded.

Session replay, user identification, input capture, attachments, and performance tracing are disabled.

Hosting and analytics

Cloudflare Pages serves the static website and may process ordinary hosting and CDN request information. Cloudflare Web Analytics may receive page-navigation and performance measurements. These services are separate from local tool processing and never receive tool input or output from ByteMode.
